Lori and her husband Steve met in college and have been married for more than 32 years. They have three children of their own and have added three more to their family through marriage. Lori became a Christian at the age of 7 while attending Vacation Bible School. However, it wasn’t until after her first son was born that the Lord distinctly called Lori to teach His Word. Since that time the Lord has taught Lori the importance of submission and obedience to fulfill the plans He has for her life. Lori’s passion is teaching others the truths of God’s Word, how to live according to it, and how this results in a life of freedom and fulfillment. This passion led her to write the Called to be a Keeper & Jesus, Our Perfect Example Bible studies and Little Keepers: Curriculum for Girls and their Moms, all of which are available in our Keepers Shop. Lori loves to teach women about priorities according to God’s Word, walking in obedience to God, the power of prayer and more.
The Freeman Family
Caleb Freeman, 16, was seriously injured in a crash in December 2017. He has been recovering and has made remarkable progress. His father, Jeremy Freeman, pastor of First Baptist Church Newcastle, said, “He has a long way to go, but he has absolutely come so far. God has been working miracles in Caleb’s life and He continues to do miracles in his life every single day.” The Freeman’s story has captivated the hearts of other far and wide as we pray for Caleb’s complete healing. Join us at the Ministry Wives Weekend to hear how God continues to heal Caleb and draw others to Himself through their story.
To follow Caleb’s continued progress and receive updates from the family, like the Facebook page, “Pray for Caleb.”
