Required Release Forms
Required Release Form: This form is available by clicking here and you are encouraged to complete this prior to the retreat, print it and give it to your group leader to turn in at registration.
The following recreation opportunities will be offered on Friday afternoon from 1:30-5:30 p.m. There is no extra cost to participate in the recreation opportunities but everyone must complete a waiver.
Zipline: A popular attraction last year, make sure you allow plenty of time to participate in this thrilling opportunity that is located by Round’s Corner up the hill towards Boulder Springs. You’ll zip across Baptist Lake, but be prepared to walk the return trip back.
Amphitheater Opportunities: Try your skills on the high ropes elements inside the amphitheater or rock climb on the free standing wall. Ping pong tables, life-size checkers and other recreation will all be offered.
Fishing: Fishing: A “catch and release fishing” area will be provided outside the low road gate by the Falls Creek entry pool. A volunteer will be available to help you with baiting and removing fish. We ask that you practice “catch and release”and bring your own equipment. No fishing license is required since you are on conference center property.
These activities are offered from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
Saturday Morning Recreation
5K Walk and Run:
Meet in the parking area by the Ada Lodge and the walk/run will begin at 7 a.m. Runners who wish to be timed will need to pre-register for the race on Friday evening following the general session in the north lobby of the Tabernacle. Directions for pre-registration will be given during the session. Walkers will be asked to line up after the runners to avoid congestion. The first 50 who cross the finish line will receive the official 5K pin.
