Formerly known as Exchange, the Leadership Forum is a training event for women leaders across our state. We will discuss various topics related to women’s ministry as well as equip and empower women to serve in leadership positions. This event is for the entire women’s ministry team. It is the perfect way to kick off the new ministry season!
Courtney leads and serves at various churches throughout the Tulsa area. Her love for the Lord shines through in the way she leads others to worship the Lord. With a heart of service, Courtney uses her gifts to draw others closer to Christ.
HIS BEAUTIFUL DESIGN
Having grown up as a child of a mother who suffered from mental illness and substance abuse, Rachel Forrest is passionate about sharing her story of hope and redemption with others. She is a ministry wife who serves in her local church as the women’s ministry director. Rachel has an M.A. in Theological Studies and she works for LifeWay Christian Resources in eBook development. She lives in NE Oklahoma with her husband and two young children.
Intentionally LeadingJamy leads the women’s ministry in her local church and speaks at various women’s events around our state. Her experience in women’s ministry and team building will provide great value in growing your team. Jamy will speak on leading from inside out as well as servant leadership.
EVENT PLANNINGServing in the local church for 24 years, God called Denise to move beyond the familiar of what she loved—to the unfamiliar territory of a non-profit organization and international ministry. Through Everyday Ministry, Denise hosts women’s events across the country to fund missions internationally. She also has store, The Plaid Pineapple, where 100% of the profit meets everyday needs in order to share the Gospel.
WORSHIPBrandi faithfully serves on the Worship Team at Quail Springs Baptist Church. She is extremely gifted and has a great passion to see others worship the Lord.

Casey Merrifield, a native Texan, has made her home in Oklahoma thanks to a good looking Elk City man, whom she married in the Spring of 2013. She completed her M.A. in Marriage & Family Counseling and Christian Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary prior to beginning her Ph.D. (ABD) in Leadership Studies with a concentration in ministry. She currently works as a Senior Associate for GiANT Worldwide, a global leadership consulting firm. She is often involved with the women’s ministry of First Baptist Church, Elk City helping with their yearly IF:Gathering and leading Bible studies.

EVENT PLANNINGJennifer has an eye for design and shares her tips on decorating and DIY ideas on her blog, Dimples and Tangles. When it comes to women’s ministry events, Jennifer knows how to create beautiful tablescapes and event decor on a dime. You will learn great tips and ideas to implement at your next women’s ministry event.
